Delete your CRM data
Facebook users, Page administrators, and CRM workspace owners can request deletion of information obtained through Facebook Login, Messenger, and connected Pages.
How to submit a request
- Email rahmansalis@gmail.com with the subject "CRM data deletion request."
- Provide the Facebook Page name or Page ID, CRM workspace name, and the email address associated with your CRM account.
- State whether you want a Page disconnected, specific conversation data removed, or the complete workspace data deleted.
- We will reply to verify your authority and provide a request reference. Never send passwords, access tokens, or one-time codes.
What happens next
After verification, we revoke or remove the relevant connection and delete applicable Page credentials, customer identifiers, conversations, messages, attachments, labels, templates, and operational records from active systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Encrypted backups expire according to our backup retention schedule. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution is isolated and deleted when that obligation ends.
Disconnect through Facebook
You may also remove CRM from Facebook's Business Integrations settings. This prevents future access but does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already stored in CRM, so submit the request above as well.
