CRM Terms of Service
These terms govern access to CRM, a business workspace for authorized teams to manage Facebook Page conversations.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be authorized by the organization and Facebook Pages you connect. Workspace owners are responsible for users, roles, Page assignments, and all activity performed through their workspace.
2. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and verification codes, and promptly report suspected misuse. Accounts are personal to the assigned user unless a written agreement expressly permits another arrangement.
3. Acceptable use
You may use CRM only for lawful customer support and messaging authorized by the relevant Page and recipient. You must not send spam, deceptive content, prohibited products, malware, harassment, or messages that violate applicable law, Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies, or customer consent.
You must respect Meta's messaging windows, template review requirements, opt-in rules, and any restrictions shown by CRM. Attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.
4. Meta and third-party services
CRM connects to services provided by Meta. Meta may change permissions, APIs, availability, review decisions, rate limits, or policies. We do not control Meta's services and cannot guarantee that every Page, message type, or feature will remain available.
CRM is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Customer data
Workspace owners retain responsibility for their customer communications and instructions. We process data to provide and secure the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Requests to remove connected data follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep CRM available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider outages, policy enforcement, or security incidents may interrupt access. We may update the service and these terms when operational, legal, or platform requirements change.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or Meta requirements, address non-payment where applicable, or stop abuse. Workspace owners may stop using CRM and request disconnection or deletion of their data.
8. Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of CRM or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
